Overview
T2W Fast Email Search is developed and operated by RANDH.TECH (t2w.io). This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights as a user.
Data Stored on Your Device
The App connects to your email accounts via IMAP using credentials you provide. All data is stored exclusively in a local encrypted database on your device. We do not transmit, upload, or share your email content, credentials, or personal data with our servers or any third party.
The following is stored locally on your device only:
- IMAP account credentials (stored in Android Keystore via encrypted secure storage)
- Email metadata — sender name, sender address, subject line, and date
- Email body content for full-text search indexing
- Attachment filenames
Data We Do Not Collect
RANDH.TECH does not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:
- Your email content to any external server
- Your IMAP passwords in plain text
- Analytics or usage statistics
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Location data of any kind
- Crash reports or diagnostic data
Internet Access
The App uses internet access solely to connect directly from your device to your email provider's IMAP servers (e.g. GMX, Gmail, Outlook). No email data passes through RANDH.TECH or t2w.io infrastructure at any point.
File Storage and Permissions
When you choose to download an email attachment, it is saved to your device's Downloads folder. The App requests storage permission solely for this purpose.
The App does not access, read, or modify any other files on your device outside of its own application data.
Third Party Services
The App does not integrate any of the following:
- Advertising networks
- Analytics platforms (e.g. Firebase, Mixpanel)
- Third party tracking or profiling services
- Social media SDKs
Data Retention and Deletion
All data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the App permanently removes all locally stored email data and credentials.
You can also delete individual account data at any time within the App via the Accounts screen, which removes all indexed emails and stored credentials for that account.
Security
Account credentials are stored using Android's encrypted Keystore system via flutter_secure_storage. Local email data is stored in a SQLite database on your device's internal storage, accessible only to the App and not accessible to other apps or users.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at t2w.io/privacy. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
